4th Avenue at 10th Street. Cool and dark. Amazing noodles, firm and light texture, creamy broth. This NYT writer describes it well; also how when eating there, you suddenly realize you're not talking or attending to your friends, just full concentration on the food. It's not like it's work to eat, just so pleasurable that it commands your full attention.
