Ideas keep coming!

Ideas from Steve L.
1. Anything to do in and around Central Park is well work it.
2. I know you have your fill of museums, but we found the New York Historical Society and the Museum of New York to be surprisingly interesting and off the beaten track.
3. More restaurants
- Spotted Pig, the first of my cousin's new café/restaurants (who used to work for Bill Graham and then managed other bands, went on as he turn 50 to get interested in restaurants..long story)
- John Dory, second of my cousin's restaurants, great fish, really interesting décor and food.
- The Ace Hotel, just opened on 29th and Broadway, several cousins involved in the restaurants and the ambiance...very interesting 30's movie theme, gathering spot, rooms with everything from bunks for bands to expensive suites.
- Momo Fuku, great food and tangentially connected to the above.
4. Music- You have likely discovered great music, but if you like jazz, there is an interesting sort of living room upper flat scene at jazz Gallery, the creation of a grad school friend.

  1. I'll second the recommendations for NY Historical Society and Museum of the City. They're both worth the visit, and tend to be overlooked.
