Sunday Street Fair in the Theater District. Listing of street fairs, there's always one, somewhere. And, advice for pashmina shoppers: shop around! The first I bought on a street corner were $5 each. Next street fair: 5 for $20. Yesterday: 3 for $10.The corn is the best, you can get it with lime and chili. Funnel cake is hard to eat while walking down the street; mozzarepas (they have their own website) are melted mozzarrella in grilled cornbread--rather sweet, better for breakfast.
